“Unfortunately I have to keep this short. Don’t rent from this host. We were supposed to go to Maui during a Kona low storm that was devastating the island. All flights were canceled to Maui making getting there impossible for us and she would not work with me at all on any kind of refund or option for another week. She was very condescending telling me the weather was “normal” it was “just rain” during a state of emergency with a dangerous storm wiping out roads, electricity and flooding the island. It was such a frustrating experience and sad to know that someone could be so greedy and have no empathy at all. Why would she? She had my $8k. Luckily Airbnb support who I also had been in contact with over the week finally realized the danger and that my reservation fell under their “major disruptive events policy” and I got a full refund thanks to them. I would never recommend using this host, in the end I got my money back and I’m grateful to Airbnb for realizing what she should have.”

“Our entire family LOVED the 2BD at the Hyatt Resort! Amazing views from early morning to late evening. Had coffee on the deck with the sounds of the waves and palm trees:) Pools are amazing and our three young grandchildren had the time of their lives in the pool and on the slide. Everything in the condo was as pictured, check-in was easy and staff at the resort very nice and helpful. Chimera was the best, very responsive, friendly and willing to do what we need to make it the best time. Chimera also helped us get an extra day at a resort next door at a moments notice with the best directions and description. Thank you:)!”

“Really spacious 3-bed, all bedrooms with their own bathrooms (2 en-suite) and a nice big kitchen and living area. Even the lanai were enormous with a gorgeous ocean view — I was watching a turtle hang out near the beach for 20 mins one morning with my morning coffee…sublime. So convenient to Hyatt (and other) amenities. Host was kind and accommodating with a last minute travel snafu on my end. Truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!”
