“The house is very nice. Met all our needs for family (wife, daughter, son, me). Well equipped kitchen, and house with other items for guest use like beach things. Pool is great. My only negative comment is related to the number of communication cards in the house warning you that you will be charged extra for things. There were lots of these cards, but one example is in each room at the air conditioning controller. States do not lower AC beyond set temperature due to humidity and potential damage that could occur due to moisture. IMO, at the price point, i should be able to do what i want with the AC. If we cant, just seems like there would be a better way to communicate this than stating you will be charged extra for damages if AC is turned up. The cards are tacky, its the 1st thing you see, and leaves bad first impression. I would still recommend the property to others, it is a great house. I would suggest to the Parrish team to change how they communicate their concerns.”

“This was a great place to stay. The host did a great job communicating directions and instructions to get to the home prior to our check in and were very responsive during our stay. The home and beautiful view of the water matched the pictures provided. The condo was spacious and the kitchen was stocked with everything we could need. The community pool was steps from our condo, a local beach was just a short walk and we had no issues finding parking in the community parking lots. The beds in the condo were quite soft and could be an issue for those who have back issues. Overall we had a wonderful stay.”

“Can’t say enough wonderful things about this property. Enough space for three families to comfortably stay. I will miss sitting on the Lanai and watching the ocean and listening to the birds every evening. Would highly recommend.”

“This was our last stop in touring the Hawaiian Islands and it was definitely the best way possible to finish our vacation. The villa was perfect: clean, plenty of room, comfortable, close to the beach, and as others have already said - a view that was absolutely wonderful. We'll be back!”
