“This was one of our favorite houses on the island. We plan on returning as soon as possible. We loved everything about this house. My only comment is that prior to us booking, i had specifically asked about the AC in the whole home. The response was that everything was working, however upon arrival we found that one of the masters only had a portable AC unit which did not keep the room cool. In addition, house/HOA rules state that all outdoor lights need to be off at 10 PM, effectively ending the use of the beautiful amenities after 10 PM. We were not told that nor was it disclosed beforehand. That fact should be listed and be made known prior to booking. It would have been nice to relax at night in the outdoor bar, pool spa, etc, but no lights allowed.”

“We had a wonderful stay! There were 6 adults and 1 child in our party and we all had lots of room to spread out and enjoy all the areas of the penthouse. The pictures don't do it justice!! The views from the ocean side lanai were beautiful! We enjoyed the pool and all the beach gear in the garage. It was definitely a plus that there were paths from the penthouse down to the beach. The penthouse was clean and inviting when we arrived. Would definitely stay here again!!”
