LoveRentals's guest rating of 4.78 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“For the most part it was clean and comfortable. Sleeping upstairs was difficult because there was a furnace running we could not shut off. So we had heat and no way to cool down the rooms upstairs without AC. Finally would get comfortable with door shut (no heat coming in) and the cool air late at night. Tried to reach out for a solution but could not get a response.”airbnb

“The place was gorgeous. Only a couple things that didn’t allow me to give 5 stars.. The chairlift for the stairs does not work. That was one of the main reasons I booked it. I reached out multiple times about it and the host said they will send someone but never did. Theirs instructions on the wall for it but theirs no key or remote to actually turn the chairlift on. Another thing, it was about 100 flies (not exaggerating) . Maybe 20 inside the home and 20 inside the garage. I had to buy fly spray and there were piles of dead flies after lol. Overall, the air bnb was beautiful. Everything looked like the pictures and I would definitely recommend booking with them”airbnb

“The condo was very nice and comfortable. The view was dynamic. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen utensils were spartan and no beach towels, chairs or cooler was provided which is unusual for a beach condo. Location was great.”airbnb

“Our stay was unfortunately quite disappointing. The house was only reasonably clean, with noticeable dust in several areas, which made it feel poorly maintained. The surroundings were also an issue, with a lot of nearby construction causing constant noise and disturbance. We experienced multiple problems with the appliances. The oven did not work properly, and the induction stove had faults that were never resolved during our stay. Additionally, the fire alarm started beeping from the second day onward and continued throughout, which was extremely disruptive and created a very unpleasant experience. The property also did not match the photos, which was frustrating as our expectations were based on what was advertised. On top of that, communication with both the owner and the service manager was quite poor, they were slow to respond and did not effectively address the issues we raised Overall, I would rate this stay at a maximum of 2 stars. I would not return and cannot recommend it.”airbnb

“The house and everything about it was great. As far as love rentals it was like they need to know what their clients have already booked before sending emails out. Asking me if I want pool heated after I already paid for it. Asking if I wanted to extend my stay when the house was already booked. Pay for heating book (which was expensive higher than ever paid in this area) and getting there and it’s not heated makes me unhappy. House was great just not happy with love rentals”airbnb

“The house was in a great location (near Tahoe Keys) and we enjoyed South Lake Tahoe. This neighborhood was quiet in very warm mid-March, close to the bike trail, and had a few restaurants within walking distance. We had a miscommunication early on, with Love Rentals insisting that I owed $450 in pet fees (!) for three 20-lb dogs, though I had not been charged the pet fee when I booked the reservation. Finally, the property manager reviewed the listing, saw that there was no mention of pet fees at the time, and covered them. Local issues are managed by a local realtor, necessitating off-app communication if something goes wrong (not cool).”airbnb

“Here’s an expanded version that stays within your limit: ⸻ Airbnb Review The house itself was very clean, modern, and spacious, with a good number of bedrooms and bathrooms. We felt safe in the area and enjoyed access to Solara Resort. We would consider staying again based on the home alone. The biggest issue was the washer and dryer. By day 2, we reported that the washer wouldn’t start and kept draining even when empty. The problem worsened, and by the last day it wouldn’t spin at all, leaving clothes soaked. We had to wring them out by hand before using the dryer, which took over 8 hours to dry towels. Despite messaging early, no maintenance ever came. Other downsides included poor communication, limited parking that was not respected by neighbors, a smaller pool/patio, and one night with cars racing until 2am. The location was also farther from most attractions than expected. Overall, the home was great, but the lack of support and broken amenities impacted our stay.”airbnb

“Overall our stay was good. We had some issues checking in with the door code not working & the local property manager was not responsive, but I did reach out to Love Rentals & they tried to help. We also had some issues with the pool heat not working initially. Leading up to our stay, Love Rentals was very responsive. After we made it past day one, everything else was good. The house was exactly like the pictures & the perfect fit from our group.”airbnb

“The only problem we had with this rental was that we needed a QR code to get into property and I had to figure out to use a computer for that instead of my phone. The stay was wonderful and it was a beautiful property. Just that on hiccup”airbnb

“This place looks like it hasn't been updated since before the housing crash in 2008. Advertised amenities that were not working or functioning, would not accommodate turning on the heat for the pool (and lied about instructions and heat times) and pawned off communications/responsibilities between the property manager and the rental host. Terrible experience - requested a refund and was denied by host. Sent to AirBnB disputes and will see how this goes.”airbnb
