“Great deal for location and Ocean view. The pool was nice. The downstairs kitchen living room is remodeled and very nice. The bathrooms still need updating but for the price and location, it was worth it to us. The ocean air, made air conditioning not needed. There is a washer and dryer and plenty of beach and regular towels. Basic toiletries provided.”

“Overall, great value for the location. The kids loved being right by the pool, and it's centrally located in Poipu. Getting into the place was a challenge. As someone else said, put the key in, turn it to the right and simultaneously pull the handle up and push the door in. The other thing is that if you were nostalgic for the look of your parents' or grandparents' home circa 1979 (when the condo was built), then you'll feel right at home. The photos of the listing are touched up in the sense that they are significantly brighter and more polished than the actual unit. It takes a little getting used to. Updating the furniture and light fixtures would go a long way to making this place feel more modern, but I give the host credit for charging a very reasonable rate. All in all, would certainly stay here again.”
