“We absolutely loved the location of this home in gorgeous Anini beach 🏖️ 🙌🏼. It is such a peaceful gorgeous beach with just a quick walk across the street to get to it. The property this home is on, is also very beautiful. All kinds of trees and greenery. Very beautiful and private, which we really appreciated. The management was also very easy to communicate with and easy to work with. There was an outdoor shower, which was nice to have so we could rinse our feet off after walking on the beach. One thing to note is, the Home is VERY dated and screaming for a remodel. Not just the home inside, but also all of the furnishings as well. It feels like it’s been at least 30 years since anything was done to it. That being said, we do really appreciate the layout of the home. It was interesting, but worked really well with our family of four. Also, the home was cleaned very well, which we also really appreciated.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The house is in a great location, right across the street from a path to the beach. It was clean and plenty of room for our family of four. There was a big yard with lots of citrus and other flowering trees and the kids had a great time running around. Aloha rentals team was great! They were really friendly and responded very quickly to all of our messages. As others have mentioned, the house could use some updating, but everything was very comfortable and worked great! :-)”

“Location, location, location… I wish we can rate things separately. Amazing location, steps from the beach, beautiful property. The house needs TLC. It’s like they are just “letting it go”. So much potential with a little extra care. Lots of space. Negative: it’s sooo dusty! Lamps, shades, fans, it’s gross. The master bathroom shower has grime on the glass and frame like it’s never been cleaned and the drain is clogged. THE BBQ: it needs to be replaced. It’s soooo rusted out and felt unsanitary to use. There is no signal in that area. We could not find the check-in instructions which apparently they send separately. The Wi-Fi they sent you was incorrect so we couldn’t even message them. We finally got a small amount of signal and had to call for the door code. It’s a great house If you don’t mind the “old man” vibes and lack of upkeep/dusty blinds. Owners: please give it a deep clean every now and then and replace the BBQ! Also, they need a pack n play. It’s not hard to add”
