“My stay was disappointing due to a significant amount of termite droppings falling from above the stove onto the cooking surface, which made the kitchen feel unsanitary and left me uncomfortable using it. Additionally, the maintenance person who was sent to address the issue was very rude and unprofessional. I believe Rental Maui should do a better job screening the vendors they work with and ensuring they treat guests respectfully. I do appreciate Rental Maui accommodating me by arranging a move to another Airbnb. However, the cleanliness of the replacement unit was also disappointing, as the bedroom walls were noticeably dusty. Overall, my experience left me feeling that more attention needs to be given to the quality of the maintenance and housekeeping vendors being used. While I appreciate that an alternative accommodation was provided, I believe better oversight, cleanliness standards, and professionalism would greatly improve the guest experience.”

“Great stay at this place. We stayed for a week. Great location. Minutes to beach and restaurants/stores. Very responsive hosts. The beach chairs/umbrellas/cooler and snorkeling gears were great additions that made beach visits comfortable. Would highly recommend.”

“This unit is sooo cute - they did a great job on the renovation and decor. The patio is peaceful looking out to hedges and palm trees with the occasional chicken walking by. The pool is right behind the hedges but we couldn’t hear it at all. When we told locals where we were staying, they all said we made a good choice. The beach is a local favorite with grill outs and parties. We checked out big beach and other beaches in Wailea but thought the one by this unit was better with calm waters and we saw a turtle as soon as we walked in the first time. Restaurants in Kīhei and Wailea are a short 10 min drive away and it was nice to have options in both areas. Would definitely recommend!”
