“We really loved the location of this condo! Short drive to beaches, groceries, restaurants, etc. Our family loved having our meals out on the patio as well as relaxing outside on the comfortable outdoor furniture. The grounds were beautiful and so peaceful at all times! We really enjoyed our time at this location and hope to be able to visit again!”

“Great stay at this place. We stayed for a week. Great location. Minutes to beach and restaurants/stores. Very responsive hosts. The beach chairs/umbrellas/cooler and snorkeling gears were great additions that made beach visits comfortable. Would highly recommend.”

“This unit is sooo cute - they did a great job on the renovation and decor. The patio is peaceful looking out to hedges and palm trees with the occasional chicken walking by. The pool is right behind the hedges but we couldn’t hear it at all. When we told locals where we were staying, they all said we made a good choice. The beach is a local favorite with grill outs and parties. We checked out big beach and other beaches in Wailea but thought the one by this unit was better with calm waters and we saw a turtle as soon as we walked in the first time. Restaurants in Kīhei and Wailea are a short 10 min drive away and it was nice to have options in both areas. Would definitely recommend!”

“Great spot to stay! Walkable to the beach, restaurants, general store and more! House was stocked with many beach amenities making it the perfect basecamp for a Maui adventure!”

“It was a really nice place with a great location. Easy walks to shops and the beach. Comfy little condo works great for 4 people. Just wish we knew about the roaches before we came out here. But they provided soaps and some basic necessities like pots pans, cups, a little bit of shampoo and conditioner with a tiny bar of soap. They provided board games Wi-Fi TV. All in all I would say about like 3.9 star.”

“Amazing View. Nice unit. Lots of bugs. Huge numbers of gnats all over the floors and bath and kitchen counters every night. Louvered windows apparently don’t seal well when closed. Also found several cockroaches in the kitchen.”

“The location was fabulous and the condo size was great for my needs. However for the price I did not appreciate coming in to a toilet problem nor did i appreciate the older linens that were ripped from wear. Also towels were rough and overall lighting was dark.”

“Without disparaging the property itself I want to just focus on my experience booking with the host: I booked a week ahead of a spontaneous trip to Hawaii with two kids aged 2 and 4 for my two year olds birthday. The entire cost was more than 1600$ for four days on Airbnb. 3 days later Hawaii experienced a large storm front and my vacation dates where showing only rain. I can't do that with my little kids so I had to rebook everything to San Diego instead. I asked for anything they could do to help. I suggested either moving dates to a later time when the weather would be better, or if they had rental locations elsewhere I could use or if they could simply refund any partial amount to limit the impact. They did not respond and delayed communication until the cancellation period for even just getting my taxes refunded was passed. After the window passed they declined any refund and referred me to Airbnb cancellation policies. All I have from this ordeal is the opportunity to post this”
