“The condo is exactly what you see in the pictures! The view is the star of the show, but the furnishings are also top-notch and comfortable! They have everything you need, whether it's for cooking meals or going to the beach....coolers, beach chairs and towels, beach umbrellas. It's the most well-stocked rental we have encountered, and the hosts were very prompt with responses to questions. We especially loved sitting on the patio and watching the ocean and sunset. Not a single regret with this Airbnb rental!”

“We stayed in Koa Lagoon #406 from April 18–25, 2026. Upon arrival, we discovered a leak in the bathroom ceiling and reported it on April 19 by phone and text, including photos of the leak. Maui Life Realty said they would expedite a fix, but nothing was done. We followed up on April 22 with no response. On April 23, we asked for a manager’s contact and were told to keep texting, with no escalation and no manager's contact information. On April 24, we requested a refund—again, no response. The leak continued the entire stay, dripping water of unknown origin (likely from the bathroom of the unit above) while we used the toilet. It was unsanitary and extremely unpleasant, but the only bathroom available. It appears the issue existed before our arrival. Maui Life failed to fix it, move us, or offer compensation. We have photos and texts documenting the leak and communications. I would not recommend this unit or management company.”
