“We had a few hiccups with some water issues, they were resolved. The place was gorgeous, surrounding area magnificent rooms clean & spacious. We had 7 adults & 3 grandkids. 2 condos next to each other. It was almost perfect, but quite near perfect. I would book here again.”

“We had a great time in Maui! This property exceeded our expectations! It was exactly as described on listing. The resort is beautiful and tranquil. The property was not far from the pool & beach. It was spacious for our family, beds were very comfortable, even the sofa bed. The sunsets from this property were marvelous. We can’t wait to visit again soon Mahalo!”

“the master bedroom A/C unit was not working when we arrived. They knew about it because they asked for an ETA to turn them on. We get apologies from the manager( Regeena) during the 1st 3 days. After that she just stop communicating with us. i have to say the maintenance guy try everything he could to fix it without success so an A/C specialist was supposed to show up on the 4th day but that never happened. Im sure if the rental management team read this review they will apologize some more at least that is what they did at the beginning. But to be honest that was the only issue with this property. There are some really good things worth to highlight: -a complete beach kit available to use. - well equipped kitchen - extremely quiet and peaceful place -condominium private swimming pool - a short trail a long the cliff where you can see green sea turtles every day.”

“Great location with beautiful beach in walking distance. Spacious living area, bed and bathrooms. Large sliding doors for fresh air. Large patio area to enjoy eating breakfast and lunch outside in the shade. A patio container held 4 beach chairs, 4 boogie boards, snorkeling gear, 2 umbrellas and a wagon. A/C in living area and a separate one in bedroom, both worked great and kept us nice and cool when we used it in the late afternoon. Cons.. The living room glass sliding door was very hard to slide. The bedroom glass sliding door had a gap at the bottom, not seal completely. One of the bedroom screen sliding door had a hole and split in the screen so we only used one screen door. The foldout bed in the living area, not large enough for two adults, mattress cover was sandy and stained. Couple of the pillows on couch were split open. Several cockroaches on the kitchen countertop we killed. Also, need warning sign “golf balls may hit patio” Overall great location and we enjoyed our stay.”

“Great location and the host communicated well. The condominium needs quite a bit of TLC throughout. The dishwasher and stove are way too big for the space. The complex has quite a bit of construction going on for a drain replacement and it gets quite noisy. Would have been nice to be warned by the host.”

“Beautiful place. Walked down into the ocean with sea turtles and fish right there. Amazing views. Communication is inconsistent. The first people you communicate with are responsive and can help with little things. But if an issue happens and they have to “escalate it to the team” - they don’t communicate what is happening. If you don’t have an issue - it’s great.”

“We really enjoyed our stay, the view is amazing! This resort was peaceful and in a good location. They left beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler bag that came in handy on our trip! Only reason it’s not a full 5 stars is because of some small inconveniences (oven not working, bed doesn’t have a real comforter). With that being said, the property management team was super responsive and helpful!”

“We stayed in Koa Lagoon #406 from April 18–25, 2026. Upon arrival, we discovered a leak in the bathroom ceiling and reported it on April 19 by phone and text, including photos of the leak. Maui Life Realty said they would expedite a fix, but nothing was done. We followed up on April 22 with no response. On April 23, we asked for a manager’s contact and were told to keep texting, with no escalation and no manager's contact information. On April 24, we requested a refund—again, no response. The leak continued the entire stay, dripping water of unknown origin (likely from the bathroom of the unit above) while we used the toilet. It was unsanitary and extremely unpleasant, but the only bathroom available. It appears the issue existed before our arrival. Maui Life failed to fix it, move us, or offer compensation. We have photos and texts documenting the leak and communications. I would not recommend this unit or management company.”
