“Great location and the host communicated well. The condominium needs quite a bit of TLC throughout. The dishwasher and stove are way too big for the space. The complex has quite a bit of construction going on for a drain replacement and it gets quite noisy. Would have been nice to be warned by the host.”

“Stunning view, lovely resort, perfect condo!! There was nothing not to like. The place was always peaceful in the evening, no loud noises or commotions during the week we were there. It’s in an amazing location and we saw seals just right off the beach. Would absolutely book here again.”

“This condo was perfect for my family vacation. We have adult children with significant others, so it was really important to have 3 bedrooms with 3 baths for privacy. Rooms were spacious. The view from the Lanai was breathtaking. We actually spent quite a bit of time relaxing and just enjoying the beautiful scenery. The unit was spacious and provided everything we needed. This was a corner unit with wrap around balcony, so we were at the very end of the building. It was a lengthy walk, which made it a bit difficult for my husband who uses a walker. I was able to find a mobile scooter that we rented which made it so much easier for us. We would definitely return. Thank you for the great memories!”

“We had an amazing stay at this Maui unit! The condo was absolutely spotless and incredibly clean from the moment we arrived. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. One of our favorite parts was the pool area with multiple grills — we loved grilling outside and barely needed to cook inside the kitchen at all. The two hot tubs and beautiful pool were fantastic and made our stay even more relaxing. The property itself is very well maintained, super clean, and perfectly located right on the beach. It’s also conveniently close to Whalers Village for shopping, dining, and walking around. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back again!”

“We really enjoyed our stay, the view is amazing! This resort was peaceful and in a good location. They left beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler bag that came in handy on our trip! Only reason it’s not a full 5 stars is because of some small inconveniences (oven not working, bed doesn’t have a real comforter). With that being said, the property management team was super responsive and helpful!”

“We loved our stay right next to the beautiful ocean!!! We saw turtles and crabs every single day and enjoy the sound of large waves in the evening. They were super responsive and gave timely responses to any questions we had. They even were able to accommodate our unexpected extension of our trip and provided extra essentials when asked. We had a wonderful stay and hope to be back soon.”

“We stayed at the Mahana 33 years ago when we got married and it never gets old! We brought our adult children with us and they also loved it! The condo was breathtaking when we arrived! The view from the balcony was spectacular and we were even treated with sights of whales and turtles throughout our stay! Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo!”

“We stayed in Koa Lagoon #406 from April 18–25, 2026. Upon arrival, we discovered a leak in the bathroom ceiling and reported it on April 19 by phone and text, including photos of the leak. Maui Life Realty said they would expedite a fix, but nothing was done. We followed up on April 22 with no response. On April 23, we asked for a manager’s contact and were told to keep texting, with no escalation and no manager's contact information. On April 24, we requested a refund—again, no response. The leak continued the entire stay, dripping water of unknown origin (likely from the bathroom of the unit above) while we used the toilet. It was unsanitary and extremely unpleasant, but the only bathroom available. It appears the issue existed before our arrival. Maui Life failed to fix it, move us, or offer compensation. We have photos and texts documenting the leak and communications. I would not recommend this unit or management company.”
