“We will come back again because there are very few homes near Hilo that have its amenities and are set in such a gorgeous landscape. The home needs some upgrading to make it worth the price. The kitchen is older and things are starting to fall apart a bit. It needs to be better stocked. A coffee grinder would be highly appreciated. The bathrooms definitely need some work. The pool is great. More new swim toys for kids would make it much better. Overall, it was a comfortable, cozy stay. The neighborhood is calm, peaceful and excellent for walking. Beautiful area.”

“We split out Big island trip into two halves. Decided to stay next to ocean in east coast and this place served great to purpose. Incredible scenary. Like you are the only on the island and all ocean is yours. Kitchen was stocked with all you need. We prefer cooking during our travels so we enjoyed the kitchen a lot. Also the place is not very close to Hilo so better to cook at home and eat your breakfast and dinner with a great ocean view”

“We had a great stay. The house is secluded with amazing views. Internet is very reliable especially if you need to get some work done while traveling. Morning coffee while watching the sun rise was the best. The upper level of the house can get hot during the day, however, that was not a problem for us because we were out most of the day. There is a portable AC in the library that can be used during the day if you need to take a nap. Later in the afternoon the weather cooled down, we opened the windows and enjoyed the breeze for a good nights sleep. We will come back and stay again at Jessica’s place.”
