KBM Resorts in Hawaii

“We enjoyed our stay. The house was super hot and stuffy on arrival but once the ac units were on for a few hours it was more tolerable. Felt clean looked clean. Loved the sock up on paper towels and toilet paper. The beach chairs and towels. The kitchen is very under stocked. Noticed no hot pads. Only small pans to cook in and only small bowls. No strainer. Beautiful grounds and helpful staff on golf carts if you cannot locate they it at first. The directions first take you past where you need to be.”

“We will definitely be back! We rented through AirBnB but won’t do that again. We will go direct. We chose KBM because of the free rental car but was really impressed with the customer service and the place we stayed at. Waikoloa Colony Villas is a great, private, beautiful quaint place to stay if you want to be close to everything but still far from the bustle of Hilton. We will be back next year!”

“Very mislead by KBM Resort description of property. It was listed as: Grand Champions Condo-Entire home/apt hosted by KBM Resort Rentals 5 Bedrooms 4 Bathrooms. This was not a entire home, condo or apt. It is actually 2 separate Condos. A 3 bedroom 2 bath and a 2 bedroom 2 bath. They are not even in the same building. They are 22 parking spaces away from each other. Not even close. This was false representation. The 2 Bedroom Condo had a malfunctioning air conditioner and a horrible Bed. (reported this but not attempt to fix air was made). The 3 Bedroom Condo was nice. But the deck railing is rotting and very loose. Had to stay away as it was not stable (a big safety issue). Biggest complaint is the misrepresentation of being a Entire home,condo or apt! False Advertising and representation. We would like to file a complaint with Airbnb!”
