“We loved our stay at the condo! It was clean and spacious. It was so relaxing watching the ocean from the balcony! Loved the views and the location! The place is so comfortable for our family with two little kids!”

“This location is spectacular… It is one of the most forward facing units with a water view and great access to tunnels and Ke’i. There was construction in an adjoining unit for part of our stay, which was a bummer… Lots of noise. Had we known about this in advance we either could’ve rebooked or just known that was going to to be the case and planned to be out. It may very well be that the property management company did not know this in advance, but this speaks to the need for better communication between the resort and property management for this particular unit. The highest class customer service would offer a discount, not just give the token apology, but that was not forthcoming! Otherwise it’s just what you want for low-key relaxation and Hawaiian Bliss, but do not want a TV or a splashy interior. This is a cabin-ish vibe with some resort amenities, but you come for the view and the proximity to everything magical about Kauai!”
