Parrish Maui in Kapalua, Hawaii

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! For the first time in all our Airbnb stays, we didn't feel underwhelmed when walking in. Because it is 3 units combined into one, the space felt incredibly expansive. The lanai was a huge bonus at over 200 sq ft, and the location offered beautiful, panoramic views of the ocean. Every room was well-equipped. We lost power for a night due to Storm Lala, but rode it out easily. Support from Parrish was excellent and they promptly fixed a couple of issues. On the downside, we had some minor inconveniences. There were roaches, which disappeared for a couple of days after treatment but returned marring an otherwise very usable kitchen. Cell phone reception was very poor. Also, there were non-functional leftover beach equipment. For future guests: AC is an absolute necessity in August - our night without power proved it. Additionally, while beaches are relatively close, the unit sits on an elevation. Walking down is easy, but the walk back up is brutal.”

“Its a beautiful condo with a million dollar view. Kapalua is quiet, serene and the walkability is appreciated. Great place to spend a week in paradise.”

“We have been to Maui 10x and really enjoyed this complex and Kapalua. The grounds were a highlight and we could tell we’re well taken care of. The pool areas were spotless (including the BBQs) and the landscaping was immaculate. The complex was also very quiet - a big plus for those looking for a relaxing getaway. As it relates to the unit, we found the bed and bedding very comfortable. No cheap sheets here. The furniture was also new and very comfortable. The AC was high functioning and quiet. The view as you will see in the photos was outstanding.”

“Mahalo. The stay was for two people, and I always prefer booking a two-bedroom for extra space. The place was exactly as described, and the beds were very comfortable. Parrish Maui’s communication was excellent—they responded to my questions promptly and provided helpful recommendations. I enjoy staying in the KBV/KRV area, and this property fits right into that preference. Overall, the location and property are solid, and its an easy decision for me to rent from Parrish Maui again.”
