“We had a great stay! The place was awesome and the host was super helpful. We had a little trouble checking in initially with our code, but we were able to get a hold of someone on the emergency contact provided and they helped right away. We loved the spot and being able to walk to the pool and beach!”

“We loved this Airbnb! The host was friendly, proactive and helpful. We asked for early check-in and they were flexible to accommodate our request. The place was super clean and spotless. We walked around barefoot and our feet didn’t even get dusty. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and the bathroom has extra towels. I’d say the arrangement was very thoughtful. And of course, great view from the balcony!”

“Do not hesitate booking with Parrish Maui, the villa we stayed in (34G2) was absolutely gorgeous as well as the entire villa complex. You will not be disappointed! Very nice gated community if you are looking to have a relaxing getaway and be away from tons of people and tourists. Our specific villa was a decent walk to the semi-private beach (5 minutes at most) but can be accessed by a trail (some spots more challenging then others but a fairly easy trail overall). The only negatives or wishes (please note, we are being incredibly nit picky here) are we wish there were hot tubs, and didn't particularly like that every tv was on in the villa when we first arrived, it was a distraction from the awe of the place and the breathtaking views it had naturally. There was some items left by the cleaning crew that should have been discarded. We did have an issue with the AC at one point during our stay but the Parrish Maui crew took care of it right away. Loved our stay and hope to return!!”

“We had an AMAZING stay at this condo in Kapalua. The unit is clean, spacious, has incredible views and in close proximity to the pool and walking path to the Kapalua Coastal trail. The lanai is incredible as its covered and offers beautiful views. It was perfect as we enjoyed our morning coffee and afternoon happy hour. :) It was a wonderful space for our family vacation. The rental company Parrish Maui is wonderful, as they periodically checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We really appreciated them looking out for us. One thing to comment on is that the air-conditioners in the main living room and primary bedroom are a bit loud. We decided to turn them off and just have fresh air blow circulate through the space. It was a bit warm but we didn't mind! The air-conditioner in the secondary bedroom with the two full beds is much quieter and controlled them temperature well. Thank you Parrish Maui for a wonderful stay!”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! For the first time in all our Airbnb stays, we didn't feel underwhelmed when walking in. Because it is 3 units combined into one, the space felt incredibly expansive. The lanai was a huge bonus at over 200 sq ft, and the location offered beautiful, panoramic views of the ocean. Every room was well-equipped. We lost power for a night due to Storm Lala, but rode it out easily. Support from Parrish was excellent and they promptly fixed a couple of issues. On the downside, we had some minor inconveniences. There were roaches, which disappeared for a couple of days after treatment but returned marring an otherwise very usable kitchen. Cell phone reception was very poor. Also, there were non-functional leftover beach equipment. For future guests: AC is an absolute necessity in August - our night without power proved it. Additionally, while beaches are relatively close, the unit sits on an elevation. Walking down is easy, but the walk back up is brutal.”

“Beautiful spot, lovely kitchen, comfy beds. The unit and its furniture and fixtures have some wear and tear which is expected considering proximity to the sea. Great location on the lower side of the complex, very close to a pool. We really enjoyed our time!”

“We really enjoyed EVERYTHING about this condo. The location in the middle of larger units was perfect. We had a perfect view of the ocean. The unit is nicely designed and perfect for a couple. Parrish Maui was the best management company we have ever dealt with in the state. We have traveled to all the islands over the years as Hawaii is a special place for us. We will definitely return again to the KAPALUA BAY VILLA..”
