“Beautiful spot, lovely kitchen, comfy beds. The unit and its furniture and fixtures have some wear and tear which is expected considering proximity to the sea. Great location on the lower side of the complex, very close to a pool. We really enjoyed our time!”

Parrish Maui was the best management company we have ever dealt with in the state. We have traveled to all the islands over the years as Hawaii is a special place for us. We will definitely return again to the KAPALUA BAY VILLA..”

“This was the perfect space for our family of four. Overall a spacious condo and a quiet location with a great view. The primary bedroom (king bed) is actually in a loft with no door. There are several windows which is great during the day, but since a few windows don’t have blinds it was a bit bright at night- especially when the neighbors left their porch lights on. I found the bed comfortable with plenty of pillows. The downstairs bedroom is perfect for kids to share with two full beds and two spacious bathrooms. The AC really only works well in one room, so we had to freeze our kids out of their bedroom in order to get any cool air anywhere else. There was a boogie board, a cooler, and some beach chairs in the condo and walking access to both Kapalua Bay and Oneloa Beach from the condo. The kitchen was just ok, we cooked in a lot and I felt that for the price we were paying it could have been better stocked (knives were dull, only tiny cutting boards, not many dishes/bowls etc.).”

“Amazing, absolutely beautiful stay—just needs better bed frame! I had a wonderful stay here! The property was clean, beautiful, and everything was well-maintained and stocked. The management service was great too. The only downside was the master bed, which was very uncomfortable and made it hard to get a good night's sleep. If they replace the mattresses, this place would be an absolute 5-star perfection.”

“Having recently stayed at the Westin in Kaanapali in April (Spring Break😬) my husband and I wanted a do over in Kapalua for a more relaxed experience, in a comfortable, beautiful setting walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The Parrish townhome far exceeded our expectations as the home was perfectly maintained with a comfy bed and furnishings (loved the couch) throughout, modern appliances - and was a short (5min) walk from the Kapalua trail and gorgeous beaches. The view from the lanai and the home was incredible - we thoroughly enjoyed both sunrises and sunsets each day. We enjoyed our time so much we will likely come back for the holidays as to connect in a beautiful space and home.”

“We absolutely enjoyed our our stay. The property is tucked away in Kapalua to be very private but at the same time is within minutes of resorts, golf, coffee, beaches and coastal trails. We had all the amenities we could ask for to be self sufficient and enjoy Maui, from a fully stocked kitchen to beach essentials such as chairs, cooler, umbrella & snorkel gear. The property itself has breathtaking views that our family absolutely fell in love with. We spent countless hours on the patio talking and enjoying wine while the kids watched movies and used the pool. The wife and I walked to Oneloa beach early in the morning and had it all to ourselves. We had some opportunity with the cleanliness of the windows in the upstairs shower and air conditioning in the upstairs bedroom. We informed the Parrish Maui team and they immediately came to correct the issues which made us feel cared for and valued. We will absolutely come back and are taking core memories home with us.”
