Destination Kauai in Kapaa, Hawaii

“We stayed in Plantation Hale J12 and out of 3 Airbnb's while on Kauai and Oahu, it was our favorite. The condo was very clean, the grounds and pool/hot tub were kept manicured and spotless every day. Beautiful view of the mountains off our lanai and a few minute walk to the beach. Beach towels and nice beach chairs were supplied along with cooler. The king size bed was very comfortable and they had a fabulous air filtration machine in the bedroom that was perfect white noise to block the sound of the roosters in the morning. We walked to the Market Island store that was clean, and had most everything you need; a deli, coffee, liquor, souvenirs, beach stuff, etc. Lots of other boutiques, the BEST shave ice at JoJo's, great BBQ pork restaurant with self-serve beer on tap. We also rented bicycles here and rode along the coast for 2-3 hrs. We walked to dinner at Lava Lava Beach Club, sat on the patio oceanside and also to The Crooked Surf. Highly recommend!”

“This condo was a good fit for what we needed for two people. The unit was recently remodeled and generally had everything we needed. The proximity to the beach and other local amenities made for easy access to a lot of things and a fairly central location to explore the rest of the island. We had a small plumbing issue, but the host was very quick to communicate and get maintenance scheduled.”
