“Some damages to property prior to checking in, and some aspects not fully sealed (vent in bathroom was open which exposed aluminum framing, left a concern for asbestos), screen was damaged prior to arriving (which the host was unaware of prior to my check in), and bathroom tub was clogged and pooled at the feet.”

“Overall we are happy with the rental but we were only there to sleep. For this kind of trip, the unit works well given the cost is affordable, location is "central" to north and south coasts and it's right on the water (good spot for just relaxing outside). There is also a tiki bar by the pool right outside the unit which was fun to have. The place itself is small and very dark (needs new, brighter lightbulbs). When we first arrived there was a terrible musty odor which we contacted the emergency number about. After a few hours of airing it out, it improved. Parking lot was full at night because of the restaurants next door but not a far walk from where we ended up having to park. Only other concern is the door to get in is very heavy and slams shut quickly- would not recommend for anyone with young kids or handicap. Good location with walkable restaurants/shops/groceries but have to drive if you want a beach that you plan to swim/snorkel at. Welcome snacks and beach gear was great!”
