“The location was convenient, very close to Turtle Bay, with easy parking and ground-floor access. However, the listing was misleading. We booked an advertised 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom accommodation for nine people, but it turned out to be two separate adjacent units. Although the units were next to each other, being separated was inconvenient for our group. Six people stayed in one unit and had to share one bathroom, while the other three shared the bathroom in the second unit. The units felt old and had an unpleasant odor. The comforters smelled and we had to wash them ourselves. The kitchen in what was supposed to be the larger unit was extremely cramped, and the floors creaked. We appreciated the location, but the layout and cleanliness were disappointing. The listing should clearly explain that guests are booking two separate units so larger groups know what to expect.”
