“This home had a great layout, especially traveling with my 3 kids. The kids could all have their own space in the loft with a lot more room than I expected. This home had a big kitchen, cozy and spacious family room, and a big back patio that we all enjoyed. I loved the layout of this house! The beds and pillows were super comfortable too!”

“Location and accommodation was very good and as advertised. Unfortunately, there was construction taking place in the unit next door which we had not be advised of. We spoke to the contractor who advised that all owners and agents had been advised and that the work would be continuous for 6 weeks. Drilling and hammering all day long. Then the internet went out, and was out for 3.5 days of our 4 day stay. We immediately reported to Ali'i who were slow to respond and only sent someone out the next afternoon who then confirmed that an engineer was required so another day without wifi or TV. Ali'i are not on site and are about an hour and a half away. They seem reluctant to send anyone to fix issues. We also had a problem with the BBQ and plumbing. When we left BBQ and plumbing had still not been fixed. Disappointing attention to detail by Ali'i which spoiled our stay. If the service was improved this is a great location.”
