“This place was comfy and was at a perfect location. Super close to food, beach, and shopping. My only reason for not giving this place a higher review was the bathroom conditions. It is a little outdated but honestly a couple things like a cleaner/ modern shower head and cleaner shower curtain could enhanced the experience so much more. I almost wanted to get down and scrub the tub myself bc I know the cleaning crew could have done better. I loved everything else about this place.”

“This unit is literally a 2 queen bed hotel room in the Ala Moana Hotel. I almost forgot that I was staying in an Airbnb. You have access to all the same amenities as any other hotel guest; the only difference is that you get no room cleaning, so it's something you maintain on your own. The unit is on the 23rd floor and has a great view of the city and water. The room also comes with some dishes as well as a microwave and fridge. The Ala Moana hotel is a great hotel as well. Super clean and modern. I didn't have any issues with cleanliness, as some reviews describe. Stayed for 6 days, 5 nights, with 4 people, and it was great. Very close to the mall, and the area felt pretty safe. Not too far from downtown either. I recommend.”

“Night stand lights didn’t work”

“The place was okay. The balcony lanai looked better in photos but the rug was nasty. Also, the pans were worn out so we reported it to the property management and we’re told they had to speak to the owners. Nothing was done about it. I thought property managers could assist but apparently Pacific Hale does nothing to assist the needs of people staying at their or properties. Also, valet parking is $45 a night. Would not stay here again!”
