“We like to cook most of our meals, so we really appreciated the fully equipped kitchen ( they even had a blender), and the spacious lanai was the perfect place to enjoy them. There were two nice beach chairs for our use, along with a Tommy Bahama umbrella and beach towels. The location was only one short block to Kuhio beach and Moku surf shop was right next door for rentals. One more block away, on the corner of Kuhio street is the best poke bowls in town, a place called Maguro Spot. A few blocks west on Kuhio at the International Marketplace, there's a Target store, which had the most reasonable grocery prices. The building itself was very quiet, although Waikiki is a noisy place, especially the daily early morning garbage trucks, but the large sliding door blocks everything and the AC worked well.”

“Die Unterkunft war im grossen und ganzen angenehm, ruhige Umgebung und sehr nette Nachbarn. Das einzige was wir zu bemängeln haben ist die Sauberkeit. Man merkte das der Boden seit längerem nicht nass aufgenommen wurde, die Küchenschränke waren schmutzig, im Kühlschrank gab es Fliegen. Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer waren aber sauber.”

“Great place overall! A lot of seating outside, front or back. Really peaceful. No AC but if you are staying for a long time plan ahead for that. There were quite a bit of bugs, but I think because of all of the greenery. If you want to feel the sea breeze you have to have the front and back door open but it helps. Overall space, size, peacefulness it meets expectations. Just get bug zappers to take care of the rest. I would go back.”

“In order to check into the Airbnb you still need to check in at a reception desk & sign a form before they will give you key fobs that allow you access to the elevators, door entrance & pool/amenities, that form is usually sent to the reception desk by Airbnb & we had to wait 2 hours for the desk to receive our form which was very frustrating. The front desk receptionist also let us know he always has issues with this particular unit. Also we found a pair of dirty socks from the previous renter in the unit & the unit is very old. The location of this unit is great & I’d stay at this place again but not in this unit.”
