Airbnb was better than expected! Definitely a great place to stay for your vacation in Honolulu 🤙🏽

Over all good experience. When we booked it said nothing about the deck or pool being closed. Not the biggest deal, I’m assuming they didn’t know yet about the construction. Carpet and furniture could use a cleaning. Our daughter’s skin would get very dirty crawling or sitting on the floor or furniture. But great location and worth the price. Parking included is great too.

The location is great, and communication with the host is smooth and responsive. However, the Murphy bed seems to need replacement.

Listing had pictures of similar unit but furniture, flooring, and views were different. We were also charged a (modest) fee for parking after listing, emails, and in-unit instructions said parking would be complimentary. We are easy customers to satisfy, just be accurate about your property please.

My contact information was not provided to the local company by leavetown vacations and apparently they had been requested to provide it but never did so that made it so I did not know how to check in and their office was closed on Sundays so I had a very hard time figuring it out. also they were supposed to put a parking pass in my room and they did not and so I had to pay $50 to park the first day and they have not reimbursed me for that and are telling me to tell my credit card company to deny the charge which is absurd because it was their fault and they need to take care of it and take ownership for not doing what they were supposed to do. also their initial email instructions were very confusing and I had to call a phone number in order to tell them I would be checking in on a Sunday and that I would need a parking pass. I spent close to an hour on the phone for that and then still did not receive the checkin information and the parking pass so that was very frustrating
