“Great location, safe, communication was great, AC struggles to keep up and it got hot at night, per instruction temp can’t be set lower than 70 or it won’t work…it is a window AC, please replace. Both sink and shower drains kept clogging…found a bottle of Drano and used it. It seems to be a known issue for the bottle to be available. Bed was comfortable, fridge and stove worked properly, smoke alarm was very sensitive, other tenants seemed to have the same issue, alarm went off at other units a couple times.”

“The lock box situated sucked ass it was inconviently far away from the stay location and it was placed in an obscure spot making it difficult to find with out contacting customer support. but once you complete that scavenger hunt the room is in a fantastic location and is well stocked. The room it's self is quite nice but the a/c unit is placed in a stupid spot in the closet which causes it to constantly turn on and off every 5mins (not exaggerating). the best thing I can say about this stay was the location for the price. Mahalo.”

“Muy buena ubicación. La propiedad a pesar que esta en un nivel alto, se escucha mucho el tráfico de vehículos y las personas. En el interior, es muy antiguo, con camas incómodas. Tiene una mini cocina en el baño, lo que es un desastre. Y el aire aconcionado mejor no ponerlo, no podras dormir del ruido. El personal del edificio es amable.”

“The listing was deceptive, they showed pictures to make it look like separate rooms, but the kitchen and bathroom counter/sink are all one room. You do not have a stove or option to actually cook. They provide a hot plate, and toaster over, it's very misleading to what their description says. The beds had glued sheets, it was not clean, there were particles left on the closet doors that I had to clean off and sweep/mop the floors. I also had to clean the washroom and shower stall. For the price that we paid this was completely unacceptable. We did not have beach towels as they said would be provided, I had to reach out multiple times to get the correct amount of towels and supplies for the us as there were 3 of us. We were not treated cordially when we checked in, and the security was very rude to us.”
