Will always be staying here! was perfect location and the pool/bar area made you feel like you were at a resort. Loved this place!

We were on the 12th floor and the floor was pretty quiet. Occasionally I heard the elevator ding but I didn’t hear the people next door which is always a good thing. The complaints that I have is they make you clean your own room and take out the garbage cans. They also ask for you to take the sheets and pillow cases off and put them in a pile. I’ve never stayed in a place that requires that. Also, when we arrived, there were no body soap. Hawaii in April is humid! We were swimming, walking around and hiked! We needed to shower but it was hard to since there were no soap. I mentioned it to the front desk but they told me to wait for housekeeping to come later. I asked again later but they said housekeeping was busy… I messaged the owners and they did not respond!!!!! Eventually the 3rd time I asked, the front desk lady came up with a bottle.. if she was able to come up with it, why didn’t the other 2 front desk people offer that too?!
