“I stayed at the Hilton village and the location was really nice, the hotel has easy access to downtown and within the resort has access to pools, lagoon ana areas that are kids friendly. The cleaning services was a plus and the staff is very responsive to any requests.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Hilton Waikīkī Village. We were in the Lagoon Tower and Eich helped us get a high floor (21st). The apartment was clean, spacious, and had beautiful views of the ocean, beach, lagoon, city, and the gardens where they perform the luau — fun to watch right from the balcony. This was our second time staying here. The resort feels very safe and is great for kids. It’s walkable to downtown and grocery stores. The kitchen was fully equipped, so we cooked a couple of days, and the guest lounges with showers were very convenient. The only downside was construction on the nearby Rainbow Tower, which was noisy during the day and made it harder to enjoy the balcony, though it stopped on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Eich was responsive, helpful, and made check-in easy. He kept checking in on us during the stay. Highly recommended.”

“Great stay in 2 bedroom Hilton Vacation suite in Lagoon tower room. Clean and convenient to beach and shopping. Nice interior but getting dated but pictures are accurate but may not be the same room you get. Not a big deal but something to note and I’d still book again. May looks on property as well. Laundry machines on every floor.”
