“As soon as we got in and tried beds, they were sinking down and very uncomfortable. Furnitures were old and broken and stained, Coffee machine and microwave were dusty so I had to clean them up. Each time we contacted Mark, the host, he would not respond, so we had to contact my brother’ s host and he would get in touch with him. After 3 nights we had to cancel our room and get another room in the same building but more expensive. I do not recommend this suite at all because all in all it was dirty and uncomfortable.”

“Lovely views of the bay. Light and bright interiors, comfortable beds, relatively clean, walkable to so many shops and beaches. Kitchen amenities need to better. We have stayed at other Airbnb homes which trash bags were included. When we checked in there were no beach towels or extra towels for our third party, the bathroom sink was clogged and the door wouldn't lock. Our other family members were staying at another of Mark's Airbnb, and they had a difficult time communicating with him, we had to ask George who was very responsive to our needs and theirs. I think it's a good idea to wash the sofa and carpets once in a while because of the odor of other people's bodies on the sofa and stains on the carpets. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.”

“Great location, stunning views and very clean! Check in was less than a breeze. Host sent us the incorrect door code. He never actually responded until we left a week later- do not count on a personable host. We had to contact Airbnb support to get access to the unit which was a little frustrating but overall would stay here again!”

“My family and I enjoyed stay here. It is close to everything and was very walkable! We loved the balcony view . Would recommend!”

“We specifically chose this condo within the Ilikai for the lanai and the view. Unfortunately, it was unusable, and at one point painters showed up on the lanai without notice to us and one person in our party was lying in bed in their underwear… it was embarrassing to say the least. When I asked Mark about the missing patio furniture and missing beach chairs, I was told it was likely from the painting that was completed and that he would get back to me and he never did. I try to be understanding of things outside of one’s control but it was clear that Mark knew this was happening but didn’t give us a heads up. The lack of a parking space may have been worse than the lack of a lanai- the wait for valet was incredibly long every time, no matter the time of day.”
