Beach Villa Realty reviews in Honolulu County, Hawaii

“We had a great stay and would book again.”

“Perfect spot for a quick trip. Check-in was a breeze thanks to the detailed guide from [Lara]. The Villa was tidy, comfortable, and quick access to pool and the wonderful lagoon. Would definitely recommend!”

“Beach Villa Realty was very receptive and quick to respond. The reason for a 4 versus 5 star rating was there were multiple problems when we checked in like the garbage disposal not working, the master bath not retaining water, other small maintenance issues.”

“A family of 5 including a young children stayed at this apartment. It was a great stay, it looked exactly as pictured. The whole condominium is beautiful, the pools are great, the access to the beach is close to any of the towers. We had access to pool toys, beach chairs, cooler, snorkeling accessories and beach towels. The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are comfortable I can’t say the same about the pillows though… The beach is amazing, the whole area around it is beautiful and walkable. For some reason personal umbrellas are not allowed in the beach, don’t ask me why, we were told that and we followed the rules. As others have mentioned there is a supermarket, a restaurant, Starbucks and some local stores at a nearby (walking distance) shopping mall. I had great communication with the company renting this apartment, they were very responsive and friendly. I definitely will be coming back to Ko Olina and the beach villages!”

“I love the Beach Villas at Ko'Olina! I have stayed previously and the villa and property met or exceeded every expectation. Communication with the team was faultless, the villa was perfect for our family and our concierge was amazing. She was warm, helpful with communication and support before and during our stay. Beach Villa Realty goes above and beyond to work with their clients. The villa was spacious, comfortable and the lanai was our go to for most meals and enjoying the gorgeous views. The beach equipment was so helpful and all the kids extras were really appreciated, especially the wagon and stroller. It was a wonderful place for our family vacation and I look forward to returning soon. Thanks so much for a fantastic stay!”
