“We stayed here previously in a different unit and this one was far superior. Our host, Lisa, met us upon arrival and was very helpful. The Instacart option was also nice to have so we could get settled instead of immediately running to the store. We’d definitely stay here again.”

“We stayed at the Beach Villa property with three families in total including our three grandchildren from ages 1 to 4 and it was the perfect spot. The pool had a shallow end that started as a "beach" so toddlers could walk in and the lagoon was right out the back gate. The lagoon with the calm water and nice sand was a hit. Tip: it can get very sunny and they don't allow beach tents or umbrellas unless they are rented from a beach rental company. We rented cabanas and lounges with umbrellas for the day from Royal Hawaiian Beach Services and they were great. The rental itself was clean and spacious, from common areas to three bedrooms, two with private bath. Large patio was so nice with the lounge furniture there. Very walkable to any of the hotels along the lagoon side and across the street and down a ways was an outdoor shopping and dining area. Lisa and Lara from Beach Villa were very helpful and easy to communicate with. Definitely want to go back.”

“The place is clean and convenient and quiet. The only issue is the washer was faulty, and the host ordered parts a few times and eventually they changed the entire washer and dryer six days before we left. That was the major inconvenience. The host did volunteer to pick up the laundry weekly so that was really professional of them.”

“We had and absolutely wonderful stay at this condo in Ko 'Olina! The location is simply breathtaking, with stunning ocean views, beautiful sunsets, and easy access to some of the most picturesque spots on Oahu. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed for our vacation. There was no shortage of things to do, from swimming and snorkeling in the lagoons to walking the scenic coastal paths. The peaceful atmosphere of the Ko 'Olina Beach Villas made it the perfect place to unwind while still having plenty of activities nearby. Our family couldn't ask for a better experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable Hawaiian getaway. We look forward to returning in the future.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this listing. Lisa was extremely helpful, quick to respond, and accommodating. She was there upon check-in to show me how to get in, gave me all the information needed to get around the property, and she helped me with all of my luggage. The tour around the suite was extremely helpful. They also provided us with starter amenities and treats to get through a day or two so we could relax and it saved us a trip to the store. We look forward to making this listing our go-to when we visit again.”

“Would 100% stay here again and highly recommend. We wanted to avoid the crowds in Waikiki and toddler friendly water was our main goal. I don’t think I realized how spacious the airbnb was. It was maybe even bigger than what we needed for our family of 4. master bathroom is massive. The Airbnb was very clean. Check in was easy and everyone was so helpful and welcoming. Water pressure in the showers was fantastic, the lanai has excellent views, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and we had all the bath and beach towels we needed. It was a plus that there was a pack and play, high chair, beach toys for kids. There are restaurants at the resorts on either side and a short walk away. Lagoons were amazing. Only things I didn’t love was that the master bed was very firm (personal pref), far and lots of traffic to get to other parts of Oahu (avoidable dep on time), and food at the resort bar is terrible (lots of other options). Rec monkeypod, hokulea, Mina’s fish house, longboards”

“A family of 5 including a young children stayed at this apartment. It was a great stay, it looked exactly as pictured. The whole condominium is beautiful, the pools are great, the access to the beach is close to any of the towers. We had access to pool toys, beach chairs, cooler, snorkeling accessories and beach towels. The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are comfortable I can’t say the same about the pillows though… The beach is amazing, the whole area around it is beautiful and walkable. For some reason personal umbrellas are not allowed in the beach, don’t ask me why, we were told that and we followed the rules. As others have mentioned there is a supermarket, a restaurant, Starbucks and some local stores at a nearby (walking distance) shopping mall. I had great communication with the company renting this apartment, they were very responsive and friendly. I definitely will be coming back to Ko Olina and the beach villages!”

“This place and location was awesome. The space was adequate for my family of 5. The condo has plenty of starter items so you didn’t have to immediately go out to purchase necessities. Lisa C was very helpful. She missed us at check in but came up to introduce herself and show us through the condo. Everything felt like home. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here”

“The townhome was perfect and spacious for our family stay - it is very quiet and comfortable. Within a short easy 20-25min walk, you can be on the beach at the lagoons #3 or 4. The location is also ideal for activities out of the Ko’olina harbor or, if you have a car, out of the Waiʻanae Small Boat Harbor. Jack was very helpful and friendly throughout our stay - thank you!”
