“We couldn't get into the house on time, we waited outside in the heat with small children because the code to get in was given to us wrong. The inside hadn't been cleaned on months, washer and dryer were both full on arrival. Under the couch was broken glass. We found cocroaches. We had to do our own cleaning of all the rooms to be able to sit and sleep in peace. We couldn't use the ceiling fans in any of the rooms due to dust buildup. House needs a very deep cleaning. I have pictures to prove all of this and sent to host and nothing was done to fix these issues.”

The location is beautiful, and having a private beach made the experience even more special. Check-in and check-out were easy and seamless, and the home is spacious enough for large families or groups to comfortably stay together. The main area for improvement is the cleanliness and maintenance of the home. While the house was functional, it could definitely benefit from a deep clean. The rugs appeared dirty, and the pull-out sofa mattress had noticeable stains. The living room A/C was also not working during our stay. The host did communicate that it would be difficult to have someone repair it because of the holiday weekend, which we appreciated. Additionally, the refrigerator didn’t seem to stay very cold. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and loved the property itself. However, for the price, we expected the h”

“This property is all about location, location, location! The beach being right in the backyard was what led me to rent this home for my family of 11 (all over age 18). We enjoyed coffee every morning on the deck, cocktails in the evenings, walking the stretch of beach, romping in the waves, & listening to the waves at night. Plenty of seating for all of us at the dining tables & comfortable beds throughout the home. The air conditioners worked great & made our stay very comfortable.
