“The North Shore Tropical Hale was perfect for our month long stay on Oahu. The location is excellent. Walking distance to Sharks Cove, beaches, Foodland and food trucks. An ideal spot for exploring the North Shore. The property felt very secluded and private. Lots of beautiful trees and flowers in the spacious yard. The home has 4 lovely bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Everything felt very roomy and comfortable. Perfect for a longer stay with a family. Large kitchen with everything we needed. No AC in the home but fans, screen doors and windows helped get the cool ocean breeze flowing through the house. The highlight of the property was the enormous lap pool, well maintained and the perfect temperature. The kids loved the pool. The communication with Gather Vacations was fantastic. They even gave us some good recommendations for our weekend trip to the big island. I would 100% recommend this property if you're looking for a dreamlike stay on the North Shore. Absolutely amazing! “My family of 6 loved our stay here in June! This house is amazing. It’s spacious, well equipped, private, and clean. Our 2 teen daughters loved their own rooms and bathrooms and our 4 and 8 year old enjoyed sharing the double room. My wife and I enjoyed the master bedroom and spectacular bathroom, although we somehow ended up sleeping with the littles almost every night. The kids spent a bunch of time with the arcade games and the air hockey table in the garage. The gated yard was great for the kids to play in. The neighbors are friendly and kind. The view is awesome, with the sun setting right over the ocean. View on the drive to the home is breathtaking. Our host Jen (and family) was fantastic and she was quick to respond. There was a crack in the tub when we arrived and the owners compensated us without us asking! One thing for those not used to the warm weather, only AC in the bedrooms, but there is great airflow throughout the home, especially with the huge living area doors open”

“This is a great house and it’s charming. The separate bedroom-apt is a great feature for larger groups or families with small children.. . The kitchen is very well stocked and cooks really well. The decks and outdoor spaces are beautiful and well landscaped. The house is very well cared for and nicely decorated. We felt very at home here and enjoyed this house a lot. Super easy walk to the beach. Thanks!”
