“The property was gorgeous. Condo was tastefully decorated. Things need to be fixed. Asked for king bed three times and they just pushed the two beds together. Coffee machine but no pot. Broken dishwasher. Was told repairman would come by. It didn’t happen.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Plantation Hale Suites! The location is fantastic, the grounds are beautiful, and the resort as a whole is wonderful. We would absolutely stay here again, just not in this particular unit. Unfortunately, the unit needs some attention. Although advertised as newly renovated, its condition did not reflect that description. There were moisture issues, including a bathroom leak and warped, soft flooring that was separating and left impressions from furniture. These issues made it difficult to comfortably use portions of the indoor living space. There were also cleanliness and maintenance concerns, including deteriorating cabinetry and evidence of pests. The air conditioning was quite loud, and there was some road noise. Despite these concerns, we had a wonderful time on Kauai and truly enjoyed the resort. Hopefully, these issues will be addressed so future guests can enjoy the unit as much as we enjoyed the location!”

“Beautiful and amazing access to beautiful privafe beach, walking trails, restaurants, coffee shop, really perfect. We spent a lot of time on the back porch and balcony and were visited by geckos, wild turkeys, Beautiful birds, discovered fruit trees. Just lovely”
