“Great location, however it is difficult to find with the instructions given. We would have rated 5 stars for value if they hadn’t cancelled on us a month prior and charged an additional 50% when rebooking. Overall a good space just not great communication.”

“Wonderful place to spend a weekend at. Very clean! Downstairs was great with a pool table and darts. Certainly plan to stay again.”

“This home is beautiful and in a convenient location. The views of the lake are pretty. Two things that somewhat disappointed us was the dock was not floating so we technically couldn’t have our boat under the dock which the management company said was in the listing however I must’ve missed that. We brought our boat and intended to park it under the dock which was why we spent a little more than other locations in the area. Outside of that it is ran through a management company so we did not get immediate response when we called we had to wait to get through to someone. We also had no coffee or detergent so we had to purchase those along with toilet paper while staying there. Outside of that it is a pretty house and it is clean and comfortable. We saw tons of deer which was sweet. There’s also tons of dishes and blankets and towels which was convenient.”

“We were in town for a wedding and spent 3 nights here. We booked this place because of its close proximity to the Brasstown Valley Resort. We loved the 2nd floor screened in porch which is peaceful and overlooks the stream and woods. The downstairs jacuzzi on the outside deck is also nice. Vacasa was responsive when we called due to a maintenance issue and had someone come out right away. Be aware that you have to travel on a long, single-lane gravel road to get to the house which can be a challenge in the dark and also if you have a low-seated car since you have to cross a small stream. We had an SUV which helped. The neighborhood was peaceful.”
