“The door entry code was incorrect, had to wait for someone to provide a correct code. Was asked to roll the trash bins full of trash from previous stay to the curb, it was decently renovated and maintained house! Glad we opted for travel insurance as they reported a damage 11 days after the check out which resonates with previous reviews of Suite Stays! Would never recommend or stay at these hosts...total joke!!! To add. - The flags in the neighborhood made it uncomfortable!!!”

“Our stay was very disappointing, especially given the expectations set by the photos and description of the property. The pictures on the Airbnb listing did not appear to be recent and did not accurately reflect the current condition of the home, particularly the outdoor areas. The inside of the home was clean and comfortable, which we appreciated. However, the exterior maintenance was a major concern. We specifically chose this property because we wanted to enjoy the pool and outdoor space, but the deck and surrounding areas were not well maintained. The trees were badly overgrown, there were numerous spider webs throughout the large deck area, and the outdoor space did not feel clean or inviting. Unfortunately, these maintenance issues also contributed to a serious injury during our stay. The front steps were slippery & were poorly maintained, causing my brother-in-law to fall and tear his quadricep tendon. He has since required surgery. The property owners never contacted them.”

“If I could give them a 0/5 I would. They were INFESTED with roaches. All baby ROACHES and we were just waiting to see the mama. When contacted they did nothing to help the situation except ask if we tried the bug spray (which seemed to make them come out even more.)These roaches were on our personal items like our towels and there was no effective roach spray to kill them off. On the second to last day of my stay one of them FELL ON MY HEAD when I was sitting on the couch. I wish I could make this up, it must have been on the ceiling and fell. Nothing/no one was safe! Only reason we stayed was because it was a short trip but definitely would not recommend. We had to keep our suitcases and belongings closed/ close by everyday because we were scared we would take them home with us.”

“From the time we entered we had issues with the property, mostly minor but still issues (including Cob webs, not having basics like soap in the bathroom, a few cockroaches moving around, etc.). The worst was on day 2 evening around 7 pm, when the A/C stopped working in peak summer and not just that but the heat was on and it went up to 95 degrees inside the house. We had kids who had a sports tournament the next day and it was a nightmare to say the least. At one point some of us slept in the car, it was that bad. the A/C was fixed the following day around noon, but we had to call them again as it wasn't cooling down. Finally by 7 pm the following day the temp came down. There wasn't anything offered by the host apart from an apology which was very disappointing. We asked for a couple of days of refund but barely got some from the host. Very disappointing experience overall for us.”

“We originally booked for another home managed by this property company that looked significantly cleaner and updated, however they asked that we switch to accommodate a long-term guest. After sharing our preference of staying with our original booking, they offered a 50% discount to swap homes, so we did. While the house is pretty similar to the pictures, all of the stains on the walls and furniture, peeling of paints and backsplashes, hair in drains, mold on outside cushions, etc., made the overall stay feel dirty. Additionally we were unable to use one of the bedrooms as the bed frame was falling apart. Maintenance came and said they could not repair it, and the couple would need to sleep on a mattress on the floor in the living room. These details were shared with the property management company as well and despite being quick to respond, they offered no solution. Bedrooms also did not have good, if any, air flow. Maintained a 79-80 temp while set at 68 degrees. Good location”

“Our unhappy experience with this house started with trying to enter the front door because the entry code didn't work. After texting the Airbnb contact we were able to gain access. The house was clean but could have been cleaner. There were cobwebs and dead bugs all over the kitchen entrance door. The kitchen floor was dirty and had several dead bugs near baseboards. There were two dried-up contacts on a bedroom nightstand. There was a very loud noise that sounded like a ship's horn coming from the downstairs bathroom which happened 2-3 times an hour, all day and night. We killed numerous roaches and spiders every day we were there. The A/C didn't work well and upstairs bedrooms were warm. We briefly lost power due to a thunderstorm, and when it came back on two bedrooms were still off. We called the support number and were told we would get a call back but we never did. Fortunately we were able to find and fix the problem ourselves. House is in good area and is a good size.”

“Terrible experience. Literally feces on the wall and door. Suite Stays Atlanta manages several homes in the area, I would avoid all of them. Upon arrival the outside smelled of rotten garbage and bug bombs from outside. The windows are damaged and don't close so no security and it's full of roaches, spiders, and bugs of all sorts. Garage doors don't work at all and garage floor had so many dead bugs the floor was crunchy. It smells terribly of black mold, mildew, and rot. Everything was sticky, floors, counters, even the table still had dried up spilled beer on it. Had to leave my vacation so they could come clean it again, they had to use a leaf blower for all the dead bugs and mice corpses. The hvac filter was wet and black with mold and there's water damage causing mold throughout the house. I took pictures of everything and sent it to them so they are definitely aware.”

“The basement bedroom was crawling with bugs. They were immediately noticeable on the white linens. When I contacted them they immediately came out to change the sheets but not rectify the problem. Someone eventually came out to spray but no matter how many times the sheets were changed there was still bugs. They were all over the house but the basement was worse. We stayed for 4 days and they did nothing to rectify the situation or accommodate us.”

“No, first we had to sit outside while the cleaners finished cleaning the home, then the previous tenants showed up to get their belongings that was an issue. The place needs maintenance and painting the quest shower doesn’t work, I will just pay extra for a resort this was horrible”
