Suite Stays Atlanta
4.77Visit website
Suite Stays Atlanta's guest rating of 4.77 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“Beautiful neighborhood. Quiet area was great to relax on the porch. Loved the porch swing and comfy beds.”airbnb

“Noticeable musty smell and master bathroom was not in great shape. Plenty of beds but layout was a bit odd. Assume the higher price is due to proximity to Lake Point Sports.”airbnb

“The basement bedroom was crawling with bugs. They were immediately noticeable on the white linens. When I contacted them they immediately came out to change the sheets but not rectify the problem. Someone eventually came out to spray but no matter how many times the sheets were changed there was still bugs. They were all over the house but the basement was worse. We stayed for 4 days and they did nothing to rectify the situation or accommodate us.”airbnb

“We rented this house to attend a high school graduation. When considering the location and the condition of the house, I feel the price point is too high. The communication with the host was quick, but it did not solve some of the issues. For example, the trash bin was full when we arrived and there was not a lot of room for my family to put our trash. The host had a hard time communicating to me when the next trash pick up was scheduled and/or a resolution for what I could do with my trash. The condition and cleanliness of the house was overall poor. There were gaps in the flooring, gouges in the walls, lots of dust and cobwebs, and a half roll of paper towel behind the dresser in a bedroom, floors were filthy. I would say cleaning was poor for any rental, and the condition of the house was poor for the price charged. As for the way it was stocked, it was very bare minimum. There were no rugs in the house which is a bad idea when the outside is red Georgia clay.”airbnb

“No, first we had to sit outside while the cleaners finished cleaning the home, then the previous tenants showed up to get their belongings that was an issue. The place needs maintenance and painting the quest shower doesn’t work, I will just pay extra for a resort this was horrible”airbnb

“House and location is a great and very private. The house was not as clean as expected and the amenities, specifically the patio area was dirty and not useable. The pictures misrepresented the actual stay.”airbnb

“Overall, it was a good house and location. We knew that we were only going there for an airshow and it was convenient to that as well as restaurants/stores. However, for what we paid for it, it did not exceed expectations. The front door code lock never worked at all. It was mediocrely cleaned. There were easy to spot bugs in the bathtub. There were no seasonings (not even salt, pepper, sugar, etc) and they did not leave any trash bags for us. I understand that you’re supposed to bring additional things like that, but isn’t part of the point of AirBnB to make it like you’re staying in a house which had things like that so you didn’t have to? Mostly, it was eh — but there were tons of rooms and beds for all our family members as well as a good sized back yard, so we made the best of it!!”airbnb

“This is the second time I’ve stayed with suite stays Atlanta. They are high priced and worth it but after you check out they will try anything they can to screw you out of money. The first time I stayed with the the cleaner very clearly took a single shutter blind and bent it upwards to try to get a damage fee out of us and now they are trying to charge us a pet fee because my wool blanket I use at night to sleep leaves behind some fuzz. Save yourself the trouble and book with someone else because they will screw you after the fact”airbnb
