“Maintenance needed but overall was fine. Ac doesnt cool the house during the peak of the heat during the day. One of the days it was 81 degrees in the house. Theres also pot under sink catching drip. Good location, good size house, fenced yard great for pets or kids. The ac is really my only complaint. It works fine when the sun is down but during the day it gets hot!”

“Hornets nest hanging in the doorway entrance, (the host did send maintenance out to get rid of the hornets nest but all of the flies were killed and left inn and out of the doorway along with a big mess on the front door and porch) the house needs an interior/exterior pressure washer, bugs and flies will care you out of there, four of us were killing flies and bugs the entire time we were there, flies all over the house; blinds to the windows were broken and hanging off the hinges, no privacy at all. The only good thing about the house - shower head in the master’s bedroom was awesome and the kitchen minus the flies was awesome too. Please have the house detailed clean inside and out before placing the home on Airbnb”
