“I don’t think the universe wanted us to stay at this Airbnb. Right when we got there, the keypad was out of batteries and we couldn’t access the unit. We had to call the 800 number to get some support and access… they were able to get us in pretty quickly. About 20 minutes before we pulled up to the place we got a notification that the air conditioner was broke, and there was a bucket to collect the water. When we entered the building, there was a very chemical smell that was making us sick. We couldn’t open the windows because there were no screens. The bucket that was collecting the water for the air conditioner was halfway full and making a very loud noise in a very small space. It took about four hours back-and-forth with 800 number to get a resolution we ended up just canceling the Airbnb and I found a different one. That said this Airbnb understood all the complaints and gave me a full refund. These issues it would’ve been a nice location.”

“horrible checked in started to get stuffed unpacked and started to see mice droppings and they were everywhere there wasn't a place that didn't have mice droppings called the property management and all they could say is sorry for your convenience but will put a work order for housekeeping I said what will housekeeping do and they said to clean mouse droppings and I said that isn't going to fix the infestation problem they didn't say hey will get pest control out all they kept saying sorry for your inconvenience so my husband said let's just see if they can refund or set us up somewhere but really in his heart he didn't because this place describes the few days here in blue ridge that he wanted to do is FISH so this place describes fishing out your front door went to sleep and mice started to eat our grocery so got up and left and no refund please don't rent”

“Spacious, clean, and great porches. Cute little mountain towns near by for coffee, bite to eat, and some art. Would recommend.”

“The drive up to the cabin was a bit much, the roads are small with a lot of blindspots . They’re also steep. Other than that it was a very enjoyable experience!”
