“The condo was beautiful. The location was amazing. Tybee Vacation Rentals was the WORST I’ve ever experienced. We reported an issue of being unable to lock our door when we left the condo on day 1 ( Monday) of our trip. We called and messaged multiple times. No response until Friday and they still never came to fix the issue. Every message I sent said they were going to talk to management. It has been 16 days since we notified them about our door not being able to lock. We are home, unpacked and moving on with life and they never accepted responsibility or justified why they never got back to us other than still saying, management will get back to you. It’s a little late.😢”

“The cottage itself was very nice. However, two nights there were people partying on the beach right outside the door playing our music and smoking pot. I did not feel safe with anyone just being able to walk off the beach onto the property. There were also homeless people sleeping on the porch of the house next door.”

“Lighthouse Point 14C was good for what it was, featuring a nice ocean view and a quick, easy walk to the beach. The unit was clean, though it felt a bit worn and could use a refresh. We noticed some separating vinyl plank flooring, and the primary bathroom faucet leaked constantly as we couldn't get it to shut completely off. The furniture layout felt a little awkward and cramped, slightly blocking pathways. Sound insulation is also a little thin, you can hear neighbors on both sides, as well as noise from kids at the pool even with the doors and windows closed. Overall, a great beachside location, but the interior could definitely benefit from some updates.”

“The Georgianne was wonderful! We loved the back deck seating area, the pool and the cleanliness of the place! It was in a great location, close to restaurants, shops and the beach! We were not able to get in at first because the message only said the 4 digit code and did not say to then press the checkmark. My parents arrived first and did not know what to do. I messaged the rental co, but it was another tenant that told them to press the checkmark. The place did not seem to have a lot of people staying there and there were many open parking spots, but they told us we could only park one car and had to pay to park the second car elsewhere. We also were a little put off by an incident that happened. The neighbors checked out then came back a few hours later in a panic. They had left something extremely sentimental and valuable to them and in their effort to get it back, the rental co told them to be patient, they had to wait until the end of the day. Overall. We enjoyed our stay!”
