“Could use some better mattress but still a nice home”

“Nice quiet in peaceful”

“We stayed here for Shaky Knees weekend. The kitchen and bathroom were very nice, the mattresses were comfortable, and it was about a 10–15 minute walk to MARTA. Unfortunately, our 4 PM check-in was delayed until around 5:30 because the cleaners were still working, which caused us to miss a band we had planned to see at the festival. The Wi-Fi information provided was also incorrect, so we weren’t able to connect right away. The hosts did respond, though communication wasn’t always quick. The property could use more attention to cleanliness and upkeep. We noticed marks on blankets, tables, and walls. Overall, it felt more like a high-turnover rental than a home that’s regularly cared for. There were definitely positives, but between the delayed check-in, Wi-Fi issue, and general condition, the stay didn’t quite meet our expectations.”

“4 stars • The home was as described. The backyard was nice & the layout is great. We were not fond of the backdoor glass not being covered. As well as the window over the sink. Pretty much felt like someone was watching us when we were inside at night with our lights on. Very disturbing. Notified the host & he entered the work order which never got approved throughout our 4 night stay. • The home was clean except there were spiders/webs inside. Didn't take a pic of that but let's just say our kids were not happy. • The bathrooms were spacious, the showers/tubs were not draining throughout our stay but forgot to mention to our host til our last night. Very busy vacay for us. • Check-in was easy, we were welcomed with a violation notice at the front door about the rental property which the host was notified of. • Kitchen amenities were clean, they even have everything labeled on the cabinets so you could find things easily. They also had toddler plates/cups. • Host was friendly!”
