“The house has great space and great bones. Overall it was perfect for us and the outdoor swing was where we spent most of our time off the beach. There were noticeable issues- no shelves in the fridge, the living room fan didn’t work, the bunk bed was so rickety and there were noticeable stains on almost all cushions and a smell in the basement. The management was extremely responsive and offered to come look at the bunk bed and was aware of the other issues- just waiting on the owner to approve the fixes needed. I would work with Casago again.”

“Super comfortable and beautiful place convenient to anything in SSI. Not a ton of knick knacks and extra “stuff”, which is PERFECT for little kids and/or a pup! We enjoy the puzzles provided and sitting outside on the porch in the evenings. Communication with host was great; they were quick to respond and very kind. Thank you for a wonderful stay!”

“Really enjoyed our stay on St. Simon’s island - the home was very spacious, great air conditioning, cozy beds and we LOVED the pool and backyard. Great location and in a gated community which we really appreciated. However, as other reviews mentioned, it could REALLY use some TLC in the cleaning department. The ice maker was covered in some sort of black dirt/mold and we had to scrub it clean to feel comfortable using the ice for the cooler. The fridge has seen better days - the doors are visibly misaligned and it has a really hard time getting and staying cold. The common furniture was all quite stained/broken/chipped, corners were all quite dusty. Clawfoot tub stained with some sort of visible handprint. We were provided 1 laundry detergent packet, 1 dish detergent tab, and 1 half-used paper towel roll for our 4 day stay. Fair enough and again we overall were happy with the house, but some things felt a bit lacking especially considering the price point.”

“Beautiful place! Only issue was not being able to get in at check-in time. Cleaner was there until about 4:30. I had messaged and was told we could go in around 3 and we waited over an hour before she was done. Outside of that house was great!”

“The reviews that make you say, hmmmmm are real. This was a nice home but very dated and not very well taken care of. The TV was precariously leaning against the wall and there was a smell of mildew through the entire home. Lots of room, it just felt like cleanliness was an afterthought.”
