“The home was beautiful, nice view and very peaceful, what I didn’t like was the dog hair all over the place, I misplaced my phone, I looked in between the couch cushions and boy Ol boy you could tell that they haven’t been cleaned in a while, I was very disappointed after pulling the couch cushions out it was very dirty had game pieces, Monopoly money and either dog feces or old chocolate either way it shouldn’t have been there.”

“The property management company had us complete an application with all guest names; however, they didn’t share the guest names with the front gate so we had difficulty accessing the property. They didn’t respond to our messages in the app when we told them we were having access issues. They have also used our email address for marketing their other properties without our permission.”

“Place is better than the photos! Our young girls loved it! So many play areas. Outside fire pavilion was a favourite for the adults! Will def be back with more families to enjoy. 10 mins to anything in blue ridge!”

“I would have given this stay 1 star, communication from the host was quick at first and the house is in a great location. While we understand this is a mountain property, the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. It was obvious the property had not been properly maintained for quite some time. Every outdoor surface was covered in a layer of pollen, including the porch floor, railings, and table. After we raised concerns, we were told a cleaner spent 30 minutes at the property, but the pollen remained so heavy that I was able to send a photo showing a clear finger mark through it. The hot tub was cloudy and dirty. There was a broken chair discarded beside the house, and the fire pit area had metal sparklers scattered around it. The storage box near the dock contained dirty, mildewed inflatables. Inside the home, cobwebs in the main-floor bedroom, the HVAC filter was filthy, coffee maker was missing its filter basket. The throw pillows were stained and disgusting.”

“We had an wonderful time staying at this cabin!! The creek right out back was the highlight for the kids and the game room downstairs made for a great time when the weather wasn't perfect!! Sitting on the porch listening to the sounds of the creek was a great way to wake up in the morning or wind down after a day out exploring!”
