“The location was perfect. Very close to shops and a great view of the water. The beds were very comfy. Unfortunately, the freezer was broken and not making ice. The owners were very responsive and brought us a cooler with ice. Which was nice. Parking was tight and someone parked in our spot. Luckily, we were able to get them to move. There are 2 coffee makers, but no coffee. There is also a washer and dryer but no laundry soap. Overall, the house is beautiful and equipped with lots of bedding. We would recommend!”

“We had a nice stay overall and enjoyed our time here. The location was great and very convenient - just a short walk to the beach. The home is a little more compact than it appears in the pictures, especially the living and dining areas, which felt somewhat congested for our group. The beds were uncomfortable and quite squeaky, which was disruptive at night. Shower Gel was also listed as an amenity but wasn’t provided during our stay. Overall, we had an okay experience and enjoyed our stay. With some improvements to the beds, space, and listed amenities, this could be an even better experience.”

“Pool is smaller than the picture appears. Whirlpool bath did not work. The unit overall is very nice.”

“The host (rental company) was very responsive and kind in communication. They also were kind and gave me a refund for the issues I faced so I appreciate that. However this particular unit, although a beautiful heritage home it needs some love and care. Appliances(dryer) was broken ac unit was very dirty and smelled like mildew and the washroom I didn’t really want to shower the shower head was kinda gross and passed its life span. I wanted it to be better but a lot of things were kind of over used and the decor was just a bit cluttered there were way too many vases and sort of used store furniture everywhere. I’ve stayed at a lot of places where I paid a similar amount/ night and it was just outstanding for the price this fell short in a lot of ways. The location was walkable but that’s about it nice place to crash I guess if there wasn’t another option.”

“The Condo was nice and the staff was helpful. The elevator to get to our condo made a lot of noise and jolts as we went up. The the elevator did not have up to date inspections. The sofas were very uncomfortable and warned out. The view was nice. As for Tybee Island and the location of the condo it was so boring and lame. Tybee Island is so stuck in the past they also want to nickel and dime you to death for parking. The shops and restaurants on Tybee Island are a F rating really low quality. I was never so glad to leave a place for a vacation in my life. Other than the view this place was not worth the price we paid.”
