“The location was perfect. Very close to shops and a great view of the water. The beds were very comfy. Unfortunately, the freezer was broken and not making ice. The owners were very responsive and brought us a cooler with ice. Which was nice. Parking was tight and someone parked in our spot. Luckily, we were able to get them to move. There are 2 coffee makers, but no coffee. There is also a washer and dryer but no laundry soap. Overall, the house is beautiful and equipped with lots of bedding. We would recommend!”

“We had a nice stay overall and enjoyed our time here. The location was great and very convenient - just a short walk to the beach. The home is a little more compact than it appears in the pictures, especially the living and dining areas, which felt somewhat congested for our group. The beds were uncomfortable and quite squeaky, which was disruptive at night. Shower Gel was also listed as an amenity but wasn’t provided during our stay. Overall, we had an okay experience and enjoyed our stay. With some improvements to the beds, space, and listed amenities, this could be an even better experience.”

“Stayed at this property for my bachelorette party of 7 people in October. The location, number of bedrooms & ample bathrooms were HUGE plus-es. It was an extremely walkable location, yet tucked away on a quiet street. The beds were all very comfortable, the home had good temperature control, and was nicely decorated. That said, the kitchen table and living room each only seat 6 (which was difficult). We also arrived to find the fridge was out of order and a small replacement had been provided instead (which we were not told about in advance). Note that this is also a corporate property, meaning you will get dozens of messages before & during your stay offering extra perks and amenities at a cost. Also, you will be expected to provide your own household supplies (ie trash bags, paper towels). For the price, these would have been nice to haves. I would still recommend this stay, but just be prepared!”

“My only complaints would be the upstairs neighbor being excessively loud, aswell as ongoing construction directly next to the house.”

“The host (rental company) was very responsive and kind in communication. They also were kind and gave me a refund for the issues I faced so I appreciate that. However this particular unit, although a beautiful heritage home it needs some love and care. Appliances(dryer) was broken ac unit was very dirty and smelled like mildew and the washroom I didn’t really want to shower the shower head was kinda gross and passed its life span. I wanted it to be better but a lot of things were kind of over used and the decor was just a bit cluttered there were way too many vases and sort of used store furniture everywhere. I’ve stayed at a lot of places where I paid a similar amount/ night and it was just outstanding for the price this fell short in a lot of ways. The location was walkable but that’s about it nice place to crash I guess if there wasn’t another option.”

“Ebb & Flow is perfectly located within walking distance to most everything on Tybee and the pool. The air conditioning units don’t always work as expected. The bed was comfortable and the outdoor space is nice.”

“Spent just one night out of a 3 night stay after a 4 pm check in. A/C was not functioning well in our location. It was way too hot. The sofa bed was unusable. They were responsive by text . They did not come up with another location for us to stay. So we were left to locate another place on our own. They did refund the full amount which was appreciated.”

“Stairs are no joke. If you have mobility challenges this might not be the place for you. Pack light! Carpet is old, needs to be cleaned, and restretched. Master bathroom shower had scum build up in it. There were other issues that came up for immediate maintenance needs. The management company responded quickly. Although it was quite appreciative, both things should have been addressed prior to our stay. Parking is challenging. The unit is not just a few steps from beach. More accurately would be, a short walk approx. 1 full block. Over all it was an ok stay. Our trip was good regardless. Nothing that needed attention did not affect our good time, and plans.”

“The place is not looking like the picture area pool lots damaged and old pool. The bedroom in the middle for sleeping not good the A/C make a lot noise, the suite with bathroom the toilet makes a lots noise bye self they need replacing that.”
