“We had 14 guests and it was advertised that would be able to host us comfortably. There was not enough blankets, pillows, toilet paper, or towels to host 14 people. People had to share blankets, go without a pillow, and we all had to use the same towel for 5 days straight and some had to go buy a towel. The neighbors were scary, they would come look inside our living room window and some just walked around in ski masks. The first night the connected unit we shared a wall with threw a massive party. People would drive by blasting music. The “access to the pool” was actually on tybee and not near our unit in Savannah. Also it was so full we barely had anywhere to sit and it was full of kids splashing and jumping in. The host was clearly a bot and would send TONSSS of messages over and over again making it very hard to find details we actually needed. This was for my bachelorette and we had looked at the price, divided up who would pay what, and then the price went up $1000.”

“Great place other than no washer or dryer, the listing had dryer listed, I was told there wasn’t one. Upon arrival there was a washer and dryer, I reached out to confirm that I could use it and they told me there was an out of order sign on it but there was no sign. Staying at the beach I feel like a washer and dryer is necessary. The washer and dryer were working.”

“I wish the on-site pool hours were longer - would've enjoyed coffee overlooking the marsh prior to 10am or hanging poolside with a cocktail after 5pm. Also, $16 parking for 4hrs at the off-site pool was pretty steep.”

“Nice area. Close to the beach. Minor things wrong such as loose door handle and light bulb out. Sent text no response during stay. No basic ingredients such as salt and pepper, oil, ziplock bags, etc. Beds were comfortable.”

“This was a wonderful place to stay for our anniversary long-weekend trip. We went to Tybeen coffee every morning where there is good coffee, little shops, and even night life & entertainment next door. Walkable distance & a short scooter ride away!! The condo is super clean, tidy, & comfortable. It’s stocked with blankets, hangers, beach toys/tools, toiletries, magazines/books/movies. It literally felt like a home away from home except it’s right on the most peaceful beach area!! The only complaints I have is that the buildings are not well marked. We arrived after dark, found building A after looking twice, then struggled to have any idea of which set of stairs to approach that’s closest to the room. Also, there are no trash cans between the building & the beach. Slight inconveniences otherwise a perfect condo to book!”

“I wish there was a 3.5 star option. Pros and cons. Location is a 30 min walk from riverwalk which is a bit inconvenient but we loved the park area so not a huge deal. Place was spacious and owner had helpful details about the rental. Cons: you can hear EVERYTHING from outside - people walking outside the window and even cars driving by as if the window was open. Bed was hard and pillows were flat (with no exaggeration). I also felt spammed with texts about offers to check in early or late for extra fee or other things for a charge.”

“Unfortunately, this stay wasn’t our favorite. We did not enjoy the long hard walk to the beach with two toddlers. Hauled two beach chairs out the first day to set them up only to find they were both broken. Had to go all the way back to find one only that worked. We had to kill a large bug, we notified the owners. There was no apology, only informing us that it’s normal and the bug is looking for water, and should be gone within 24 hours.”

“We loved our stay here! Great location, beautiful interior and a cute little courtyard. we would definitely stay here again. A word of warning- the layout is like a racetrack, so if there are two couples the only access to the courtyard is through one of the bedrooms. The only reason we are ranking at 4 stars is due to what is provided as amenities. Rather than listing under the not included section of the listing they expect you to go to their website to discover things like laundry detergent, hand soap, and Kleenex aren't included. They don't list these by name, you have to figure it out compared to what is included. They also say they provide bottles of shampoo and conditioner, but thrse were single travel size bottles, FYI. This was such a nice place that it was disappointing that we had to worry about such basic items that are generally provided.”

“Had to leave after just one night. The whole rental smelled of sewer. When I reached out to them there was no help. You literally couldn’t be in there for more than a few minutes and they didn’t seem to care.”

“Overall my stay was positive, the room was clean, comfortable bed and lovely location that felt very safe. The only minor drawback to the room i would say was the instruction that we couldn’t set the thermostat AC below 70 degrees. Maybe just worth noting in the listing that when you say you have AC, that means 70 degrees at the lowest. Also, upon booking I was required to book an extra day than I needed, even though I had already met the required minimum, because they only have “select checkout days” which I felt a bit manipulative considering check in & out is remote. I explained this to the host and wasn’t offered any ability to refund a day, but decided to book anyway. Then when I was contacted about possibility early check in, i was given a pretty steep price list at $50 for only an hour earlier, etc. It all just felt a little like an attempt to rack up a bill that was already pretty steep, comparable to Inns near by, but with less amenities. Next time I’d probably just stay there”
