“Great location: easily walked to Forsyth park. Some issues getting details and responses regarding a lockbox code, but we were still able to get in and out via a second lock option so not really an issue. Space was clean and bigger than in the pictures. Good stay”

“The communication was good. Almost a little too much. The place was not very clean. All dishes we used, had to be washed before using, the countertops in the kitchen had food/coffee stains. There were no extra towels, only enough for one use, for each of the people staying there. And both towels and bedding were stained. TV remotes had batteries missing, and no extras laying around, so the TVs upstairs were unusable. There were puss caterpillars everywhere outside (front and back) as well as roaches and other bugs inside crawling upstairs in the bathroom and beds. Paying $325 per night, you would expect a cleaner place with more amenities. The walls to the other half of the condo are very thin. We heard the neighbors walking/stomping through the house and being very loud at all hours of the day.”
