“Great location, gorgeous home, exactly as described online. Walkability was great, super close to the park, shops, restaurants and more. My only criticism with this rental is that they make you create a separate portal to communicate with you instead of just using Airbnb. That was really annoying, like super annoying. Besides that, this place was fab and would definitely stay here again.”

“Excellent location, good price and great apartment. They did a nice job updating an old building. The apartment is extremely clean and came as advertised. They did a nice job giving plenty of detail for building entry and parking. The unit is right across the street from the river and not far from anywhere downtown. There are two bedrooms at ground level. Sensitive sleepers may be disturbed by sidewalk noise in front and people in the alley on the back. We didn't have much issue with sidewalk noise but the late-night alley noise was very frustrating for the occupants of the back room. Also, FYI you are required to also fill out a form on the host's website after you book on Airbnb. This felt weird. Not bad but a little annoying.”

“Great location and like the pictures however the place needs to be fumigated as there were MULTIPLE cockroaches which even found one in our luggage. We are from the south so we understand roaches but a lot of them throughout our stay and on the kitchen counter etc. is unacceptable. There is a ceiling hole in the kitchen that is falling and presumably where the roaches are entering from. The TV does not work and will not connect and they even had convoluted instructions which just took you in a loop of inaccessible tv connection which was a huge bummer. Very loud as you’re in the city even with a sound machine but I expected that. The house came with 2 bars of soap but we had to buy our own hand soap for the third bathroom, and it doesn’t have any sort of salt pepper or simple cooking ingredients if you’re expecting to season the food you cook make sure you bring that too.”
