“Place was decent. There were holes cut in the ceilings and patched by a 12 child from the job. As others have stated all we could smell was extremely strong mold & mildew throughout the entire house. Parts of the exterior were rotten and can see where the roof is swelling from water damage. The home needs alot of work. But in the end we had a place to stay. I would not shay there again and wouldn't recommend the place due to the mold.”

“We had a great stay for a long weekend getaway! Not to far from Lake Winnie Amusement Park and within 20min Of Chattanooga. Plenty of room to spread out and on a quiet street. This is an older house but was remodeled nicely. Only minor quirks. The front door lock unlocks, but sticks and is hard to push open. The front steps could really use a rail to hold on to. Hard to get up them carrying items in and out. Other wise the house is as described, clean, and decent location for what we needed.”
