“This apartment is perfect for a small family or single person. It is spacious, clean, and makes you feel home. The balcony is nice as it is facing the woods. The only issue our family had was there were not many kitchen utensils or pots and pans to cook a decent meal at the apartment. Overall it was pleasant and I would recommend to someone looking in the Riverdale area.”

“Property was occupied! Host instructed me to cancel reservation so they can process a refund and then ghosted me because by my cancelling I would not be due a refund SLICK!! Fortunately I had already filed a complaint with Airbnb and was able to obtain a refund! Would not recommend this host!!”

“if you need a place to stay for 1 night and it's and emergency, this place could be an option. I'm glad nothing terrible happened but I would never utilize that facility again. so wants to shower with the lights off because it's attached to a fan that sounded like it was going to explode. I sent videos and bring plenty of bugs spray. I had to buy towels because the ones there where not usable.”
