“This Savannah place was uncomfortable. The couch and dining chairs were not comfy. The stairs seemed rickety. No drawers in bedrooms so we had to just leave clothes on the floor. No remote control for tv for the first three days. Thin walls so noisy next door neighbors woke me up. No counter space in bathroom around sink. Noisy washer, noisy ice-maker. We tried to use the pool once but it was locked. No place to hang towels in bathroom, except for one bar. Gina was kind enough to send hooks for the door after I complained. Hardly any kitchen ware. Very expensive for what little you get here. We checked out a week earlier than planned but they didn’t refund us the amount we were due. Would never book through this company again. Except for Gina’s help, this place is terrible. Only AI chat available on weekends.”

“The apartment was nice. My son stayed there for a long-term rental and really liked the location. They were able to book the apartment right away, which was helpful. Preston was very responsive. My would definitely stay there again.”

“Convenient location for a summer internship. Close to midtown, GA Tech, east side beltline. Rooftop pool and gym are nice amenities. Kitchen has everything you need including a coffee maker, pots and utensils. Appliances all work fine. Outside, the complex is dirty with trash overflowing, pet and food waste in common areas, and bags of trash left in hallways due to no accessible dumpsters. Host is generally responsive, but garage gate did not unlock upon arrival and apartment lock failed to operate multiple times requiring assistance. Several bags of trash were left behind by previous tenant. Inside the unit has a lingering smell of tobacco and marijuana smoke meaning your clothes will smell after a day or two. Overall good deal for the price if you’re not looking for an extremely clean or luxurious place.”

“Extremely Disappointing — I Would Not Recommend Staying Here I had an absolutely terrible experience with this Airbnb and would not recommend it to anyone. The biggest issue was that I was without power for FIVE DAYS during roughly 97-degree weather. The conditions became unbearable, and I had no choice but to pay for a hotel for five nights just to have a safe and comfortable place to stay. I had already paid for those five nights at the Airbnb, yet I was never reimbursed for the nights I couldn’t reasonably stay there or for the hotel I was forced to get. Unfortunately, the power wasn’t the only problem. There were cockroaches, I couldn’t get through the entrance gate half the time, the dishwasher leaked water all over the floor, and the shower made an insanely loud, high-pitched squealing noise. What made the situation even more frustrating was repeatedly being told that problems had been or would be fixed, only to find that they weren’t. Save yourself and book anywhere else”
