“Great place! Had everything so close to me it was perfect!!!”

“The interior was good overall, though it needed some repairs and improvements. However, I felt unsafe in the surrounding area, and deliveries left at my door were stolen multiple times. I originally booked a long-term stay but shortened it after visiting the location. The property is run by a management group, and responses sometimes felt automated. Getting clear decisions when immediate help was needed was difficult, and resolving my cancellation and refund request took far too long. Overall, the stay was okay but did not meet my expectations.”

“The location is very good and convenient, which was one of the best things about my stay. However, I had several concerns during my month-long stay for work that were never properly addressed by the company. There was a broken couch that was not resolved, and I also had concerns that required an exterminator that were never properly addressed. On top of that, the neighbors upstairs were absolutely awful when it came to excessive noise. The constant noise made it very difficult to relax and get proper rest after work. While the location is great, the lack of response to these issues and the noise from the upstairs neighbors significantly impacted my overall experience. I would not recommend this place for someone looking for a quiet and peaceful place to stay, especially if you are traveling for work and need a place where you can rest.”

“Don’t stay here, roaches as soon as I walked in the door. Didn’t stay in the apartment for more than 15 minutes. Had a terrible time getting ahold of them after I wanted a refund. Had to contact AIRBNB to get it worked out. If you want to live with roaches or want a bad time getting ahold of someone I guess this would be your place.”

“I’ve use Airbnb for the past 9 years and this is so far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Host is unresponsive, I stayed for over 5 weeks and I didn’t have hot water in one of the restrooms. The place was clear but is really old and has a smell. The stairs have a smell like trash. I would not recommend to anyone. It has a really good location which is the only plus.”
