“We wanted to love this stay because the townhouse itself was nice and had plenty of space for our family. Unfortunately, a trash-related insect infestation in the garage affected our visit. We initially noticed a few gnats, but after discovering the garage trash bin and following management's instructions to move it outside, the problem became much worse and spread into the downstairs living area. We reported the issue promptly, provided photos, and worked with management to resolve it. Communication became difficult, as we struggled to get clear guidance on trash handling and operating the garage door. The trash instructions appeared to be written for a detached home rather than a townhouse, which caused confusion while we were simply trying to follow them. We ultimately had to leave early. Without this issue, we believe this would have been a wonderful place to stay. We hope management improves its cleaning, townhouse trash instructions, and communication.”
