“Minty’s place is so beautiful and comfy. It’s in cabbagetown which has a rich history and the most beautiful row houses. Kinda reminded me of New Orleans. They have the best restaurants right around the corner, I frequented Carroll Street Cafe, the food is “Fuhgeddaboudit” 🤌🏽. I would DEFINITELY stay at Minty’s place again. Her and her team were very friendly and responsive any time I reached out with a question or needed assistance with anything. Let’s not forget she’s close to everything, it took me no time to get to the malls and downtown Atlanta. Thank you Minty for renting your place to me and my family. I wish you continued success xo”

“This was the first time we stayed in a home versus a condo an apartment. Very clean house overall location was excellent. The only down perk was parking was on the street and the house to access. It is up a steep hill. Great customer service.”
