Minty Living's guest rating of 4.79 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“This was the first time we stayed in a home versus a condo an apartment. Very clean house overall location was excellent. The only down perk was parking was on the street and the house to access. It is up a steep hill. Great customer service.”airbnb

“Five Star Stay: This property was clean, cozy and fit all our needs. We could not have asked for a better stay in ATL! The management team was great and made us feel welcomed immediately. Neighbor was beautiful and close to stores and shops. We most definitely recommend a stay at this location!”airbnb

“Minty’s place is so beautiful and comfy. It’s in cabbagetown which has a rich history and the most beautiful row houses. Kinda reminded me of New Orleans. They have the best restaurants right around the corner, I frequented Carroll Street Cafe, the food is “Fuhgeddaboudit” 🤌🏽. I would DEFINITELY stay at Minty’s place again. Her and her team were very friendly and responsive any time I reached out with a question or needed assistance with anything. Let’s not forget she’s close to everything, it took me no time to get to the malls and downtown Atlanta. Thank you Minty for renting your place to me and my family. I wish you continued success xo”airbnb

“Unfortunately this was the worst Airbnb stay we've had. The house is in a good location, quality appliances, good cookware, fast internet- but when we arrived it felt like it had sat empty a while, with dusty surfaces and a kitchen that smelled from a dirty trash bin we had to clean ourselves. The AC didn't work and there was no hot water. We reported it immediately, but this is a large company running several Atlanta locations and their inbox seems outsourced. They were responsive, but never able to help without "checking with management." It took FOUR days of cold showers and multiple visits from two repair people to fix. We had our dog with us, so we couldn't leave while they were constantly in and out- so we missed a lot of our Atlanta plans and it was very disruptive to our work during the week for managing their construction schedule. Management refunded us only 30% for those 4 days, disappointing considering these basic necessities should have been checked before our arrival.”airbnb

“Our 2 week stay was extremely disappointing. Basic necessities were lacking. There were minimal towels & washcloths for a 2 week stay, about 1/2 of the kitchen items were missing. It took over 24 hours for those to be delivered. We woke up in the middle of the night to large black ants in the shower, The oven was filthy & covered in grease, We requested a refund for the remaining week. Instead, the host offered to send someone to clean the oven, address the ants, have cleaners come the next day to “refresh”, & provide a “VIP package” & late checkout. We reluctantly agreed. Maintenance cleaned the oven with Goo Gone & sandpaper,. The host claimed the VIP pkg had been delivered & even sent a photo—but it was of a different Airbnb. The cleaners left the package- 1 robe, 1 pair of slippers, & a small box of snacks—for 2 guests. The 1 positive was the neighborhood. It was quiet & safe, & near Emory University Hospital. This stay fell short of our expectations. We would not stay here again.”airbnb

“Very nice place in a great neighborhood. Pretty steep cost. Wanted to check in earlier and was offered a 3 hour earlier check in for $50 which I thought was obnoxious for the cost we paid. Hoped to use the kitchen which was beautiful but not well stocked with utensils. Found the management company to be pretty pushy - demanding photo ID weeks before our stay and threatened to cancel my reservation after a few days delay.”airbnb

“Communication could use major improvement. Also, stuff don’t work while staying there- and don’t expect too many outlets.”airbnb
